SolidWorks 2009, Crashes While Releasing Memory In Flow Simulation (SP0.0, SP2.1, SP3.0)

I just encountered a strange issue with SolidWorks Flow Simulation (earlier COMOS Floworks), while doing flow analysis, after meshing it crashed. The crash occured exactly at the message "Releasing Memory" on the flow monitor.

My system configuration is

x64 Windows XP, with 4GB DDR2 Non ECC Ram with Intel Core 2 Duo processor.

If somebody can shed some light on this issue then it will be great.
